Ordering Information

How Do I Place an Order Online?

Select the items you would like to purchase using the “add to my cart” feature.  Your shopping cart contains all the items you selected and is always available for you to review at the top of every page.  From the shopping basket you can change or update your order.

When you are ready to finalize your order select the “check out” button. You will then have another chance to review your order and shipping charges and make any changes necessary.  If you have a gift certificate or coupon code, enter it in the space provided on the first page of check out and click on the “submit” button.  Choose the “continue checkout” button when you are satisfied with your selections.

Complete the billing and shipping information.

Select the option to order online using your credit card.  You will be prompted for your credit card information.  Your order will be processed and your card charged after you select the SUBMIT ORDER button.  Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.  You will receive an email confirming your order.  Please call Heart-N-Hand if you have any questions.

For your shopping convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.

Can I order by telephone or fax?

Yes, you can.  Call our store at 1-231-744-0052.  We are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm EST.  Please have your credit card information available.

Can I send a check to pay for my order?

Yes you can.  Follow the same procedure for placing an order online.  Then select the option to pay for your order by check.  Place your order, print the confirmation email that you receive after the order is placed and enclose a personal check, money order or bank check payable to Heart-N-Hand.

Orders submitted with a personal check may be delayed as much as 10 business days due to the check clearing process.  Money orders or bank checks are processed for shipment immediately.  There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks.

How do I know if my order is placed successfully?

If you give us a valid email address when you place your order, we will send you an email message confirming your order.  If you do not receive a message please call our store at 1-231-744-0052.

When will I be billed for my order?

Your credit card is billed when your order is ready to ship.  In stock items will ship in 1-3 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We know you appreciate quick shipping.  When an order is entered into our system we begin to process it immediately, therefore we cannot make changes or cancel orders.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Michigan Sales Tax is automatically added to orders delivered in Michigan.  Orders delivered outside of MI do not incur MI sales tax.  You may be responsible to pay sales tax to your state.  Check with you state sales tax office.

Privacy and Security

When you provide Heart-N-Hand with your name, address and email address, we will not share this information with other companies.  We never share financial or personal information about you or your household.

We protect you security on our systems so you can order with confidence.  The Heart-N-Hand online store has an SSL Certificate installed , which is designed to render credit card information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

To help insure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our Web site, we urge you to sign off your account close your browser window when you have finished your visit. Especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using computer in a public place.  Never email your credit card information to us or anyone else.
